Your cake will be made using the finest ingredients available with no compromise in quality. Fruit Cakes are made in advance and allowed to mature naturally, Madeira, Sponge and Chocolate Cakes are made just two or three days before the occasion to ensure they are as fresh as possible.

The art of cake decorating includes a vast range of techniques. Included in my portfolio are cakes made using:

• Royal icing decoration, such as traditional or innovative piping.
• Butter-cream iced character cakes, excellent for children's birthday parties.
• Sugarpaste cut-outs, either inlay, raised work or 3-dimensional.
• 3-D figure modelling for example fairies, babies, character figures, animals and teddy bears.
• Life-like sugarpaste flowers
